For groups of 50 or more, 9 to 12 months gives you the best choice of hotels and flights. Smaller groups can often come together in 3 to 6 months.
It depends on the destination, the length of the trip and the experiences you want. We’ll give you honest options at the start, and tell you if a brief won’t work for the budget.
Yes. Flights are ATOL protected, and non-flight bookings have 100% financial protection through the Travel Counsellors Trust Fund.
